2. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation in agricultural produce and screen display differences.
All products are sourced directly from Kashmir Valley farmers.
We reserve the right to modify product availability and pricing without prior notice.
Weights and quantities are approximate and subject to FSSAI-permitted tolerances (±5%).
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (selected pin codes).
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (Diwali, Eid, New Year), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Delivery Timeline
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–3 business days
Tier-2 cities & towns: 3–5 business days
Remote/rural areas: 5–8 business days
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier backlogs are beyond our control.
3. Packaging
All our products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in tamper-evident, food-grade packaging. We use eco-friendly outer packaging wherever possible.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
5. Delivery Failure
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product (packaging damage, mould, foreign matter, etc.).
You received the wrong product or wrong variant (weight/type).
The product arrived in significantly deteriorated condition due to improper handling during delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind after the order is shipped.
Dislike of taste, texture, or colour — as natural agricultural products have inherent variation.
Products that have been opened and consumed beyond a reasonable tasting portion.
Orders placed more than 7 days ago.
2. How to Raise a Refund Request

Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please provide your bank details.
Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Option
In cases of damaged or wrong items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability. We will discuss this with you during the resolution process.
The replacement product will be delivered within 3 days.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
